Shipping Policy:

• A $30 Shipping Fee will be applied to orders with a total value (before tax) under $2,500.
• For orders totaling $2,500 or more, shipping is free.

Return & Refund Policy:

We only accept returns or exchanges for products that are defective or damaged. Returns due to a change of mind are not accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:

• Refund or exchange requests must be made within 10 days of purchase.
• Requests can be submitted either directly through Alphablue Medical or via your sales representative.

2. Product Conditions for Returns:

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

3. Return Process:

• Once your refund or exchange request is approved, Alphablue Medical will provide a return label.

4. Refund/Exchange Completion:

• After we receive the returned package and it passes inspection, we will issue a refund to the customer and notify you within 7 days.
• If an exchange is requested, a replacement product will be sent out instead of a refund within the same 7-day period.
