Protocol
- Cleanse skin.
- Apply a numbing product and allow it to absorb for 10-20 minutes. Wipe off excess before procedure.
- Apply Rejuran® Healing Essence to the treatment area.
- Set RF Microneedling device to appropriate depth and treat affected areas. If necessary, add steps 5 -7.
- Mix Tone-Up Booster by transferring Vial I (Hydrolyzed DNA+Hyaluronic Acid – white bottle) to Vial II (Glutathione, Ascorbic Acid, Tranexamic Acid – aqua bottle). Shake for 30 seconds to agitate.
- Apply the combined solution to the treatment area. Allow the product to penetrate into the skin.
- Set RF Microneedling device to appropriate depth and treat affected areas.
- Finish with Cryozet or other cooling and soothing treatment

- A $30 Shipping Fee will be applied to orders with a total value (before tax) under $2,500.
- For orders totaling $2,500 or more, shipping is free.
Return & Refund Policy:
We only accept returns or exchanges for products that are defective or damaged. Returns due to a change of mind are not accepted.
1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges:
- Refund or exchange requests must be made within 10 days of purchase.
- Requests can be submitted either directly through Alphablue Medical or via your sales representative.
2. Product Conditions for Returns:
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
3. Return Process:
- Once your refund or exchange request is approved, Alphablue Medical will provide a return label.
4. Refund/Exchange Completion:
- After we receive the returned package and it passes inspection, we will issue a refund to the customer and notify you within 7 days.
- If an exchange is requested, a replacement product will be sent out instead of a refund within the same 7-day period.
